Nanaimo ? At the 12th annual Malaspina University-College Business Breakfast, Robert Dodds, President & Creative Director of Primal unveiled their latest creation ? a new magazine. Malaspina View ? an Alumni Perspective will be published twice a year, featuring news and stories about Malaspina and its Alumni. The magazine met with rousing applause at the sold out event. ?There are just so many amazing stories to tell that we had to publish a magazine to share with other Alums what some of their peers have been doing, accomplishing and achieving, here and around the world? said Matt Carter, Alumni [Relations] Officer. Matt added ?It was important for us to partner with a firm like Primal Communications that had the experience and the team to pull off our vision for the project. Malaspina View will help Malaspina re-connect with past grads as an important step in the ?friend-raising? strategy we have embarked on.? Dodds, a Malaspina alumnus himself, was excited with the opportunity that lies ahead. ?I know what an important tool this will be in developing alumni relations, and am proud to be involved in the project.?
